Responsibilities:
- Manage Calls: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Support the Technical Advisors Team: Collaborate with the technical advisors team.
- Schedule Appointments: Organize and confirm appointments for the service department.
- Assist with Various Administrative Tasks: Contribute to the smooth functioning of the service department.
- Support the BDC Team during Call Surges: Assist the call management team for the sales department in times of high demand.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
